Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By registering an account on Sure Win or using any of the services provided by our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and Sure Win. This agreement takes effect from the date you first register an account or access our platform.

Member Eligibility

To be eligible to use Sure Win's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a Malaysian citizen or legal resident holding a valid MyKad or passport.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently listed on any betting prohibition list issued by any Malaysian authority.

Sure Win reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents within 7 calendar days may result in a temporary account suspension.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Sure Win account only. This includes accounts registered in your own name, family members within the same household, or accounts sharing the same device, IP address, or payment details. Violation of this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any credit balance.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date should any changes occur. Sure Win is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Sure Win username and password confidential. You may not share your login details with anyone. All activity carried out under your account is considered to have been performed by you.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Sure Win account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal without additional KYC review is RM 10,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your Sure Win account within 5 to 15 minutes on business days.
• Withdrawals made outside office hours (10 PM – 8 AM) may be processed on the next business day.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New Sure Win members are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to RM 1,000 based on your first deposit. This bonus is subject to a rollover of 10× the bonus amount received before it can be withdrawn.

6.2 Live Casino Rebate

Active members are eligible for a weekly rebate of 0.8% on total Live Casino wagers. Rebates are credited every Monday and are subject to a 1× rollover only.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• One welcome bonus per new member only.

Sports Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances determined by Sure Win.
• Bets accepted after a match has started (in-play) are valid and binding.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours, all bets will be voided unless an official result has already been announced.
• Sure Win reserves the right to limit or decline bets from any member at any time.
• Sure Win reserves the right to void any bet containing an obvious odds error, even if the bet has already been accepted.

Limitation of Liability
